Switchgear operating procedures
Power transmission operation steps:
1. First install the rear cover and close the front door.
2. Operate the earthing switch to open the spindle and open it.
3. Push the trolley (in the open state) into the cabinet (test position) with the transfer truck (platform truck).
4. Insert the secondary plug into the static socket (test position indicator is on) and close the front door.
5. Use the handle to push the trolley from the test position (opening state) to the working position (the working position indicator is on and the test position indicator off).
6. Switch on the circuit breaker trolley.
Power outage (overhaul) Operation steps:
1. Open circuit breaker trolley.
2. Use the handle to exit the trolley from the working position (opening state) to the test position.
3. The working position indicator is off and the test position indicator is on.
4. Open the front center door.
5. Pull the secondary plug out of the static socket (Test position indicator off).
6. Use the transfer truck to remove the trolley (in the open state) from the cabinet.
7. Operate the grounding switch spindle and close it.
8. Open the rear cover and front lower door.
Note: The lower arrester trolley and the middle (lower) PT trolley can be pulled out of the cabinet directly when the bus is running.
